Those that have a music collection on your PC try this..
http://www.fxsound.com/dfx/pages/download/index.php?vendor=115&subvendor=0&plus=0
Small 1.6mb download or 800kb, depending on what you use (winamp/Windows Media Player/ Real Player etc) and it well worth it...
Greatly improves clarity..

Just had a play, "ambience" just adds crackling to the track to give it a "warm" feel. It sucks honestly :p
Hyperbass: Fantastic, especially when playing "Prodigy - Breathe"
Fidelity: Seems to make the highs amplified, something easily achieved with winamps built in equalizer
Dynamic boost: increases the mid range sounds i think
3D Surround: Probably forces more sound to the rear speakers, seeing as i cant get my rear speakers working, this has no effect :p

nice find :) How do you open the frickin thing once you've closed it tho? I find you have to close winamp and reopen it (with the "show panel on startup" thing on) to bring it back.
I found it a bit overpowering and echoey tbh but i can see the appeal :)

Tried it with a selection of music. If you have your music ripped at alything below 164kbps then the program pretty much screws the music over. It changes volume, acentuates bits that it shouldn't and makes the music seem flat (imo). If you've got a 224 (or is it 226?) kbps rip, its musical bliss when you get those settings just right ;)

Just turned this thing off, accidentally, and started playing music. I couldn't believe how flat it sounded. Couldn't go without this thing now :D

Tried it on a few differebt tracks, I think it depends on what type of music. But like Ben, when I knocked it off the music sounded flat.
